Hi, I am looking for Kavuni Arisi which is used to prepare sweet rice dessert. The name Kavuni Arisi is used only in Tamilnadu especially in and around Chettinadu. On all other places of the globle it is known as Glutinous Rice, Sticky rice, Beras Pulut, Puttarisi etc. Two different varieties of this rice are available, one is White in colour and the other one is Black. Only black variety is available in Tamilnadu. I am interested in both varieties. I appreciate any one can direct me to a farmer or a retailer who is selling Kavuni arise. Thanks
